The idea for Oracle Ministries formed when a group of gifted prophetic teachers began to notice the need that local churches, Christian businesses, and students had to mature in the prophetic ministry. They began to get organized, created a teaching curriculum, and formed teams. They soon realized that although there was progress being made within the Sunday church structure, there was still little progress being made outside of it. Work environments, schools, the government, all needed to be reached and transformed.

Bit by bit, we realized that the whole expression of Christianity was changing and a new breed of believer was emerging. No longer satisfied with “business as usual” Christian living, passionate, prophetic people began to search for a deeper life in God. We saw that some young prophetic voices were rising up but were in need of guidance and training. Some of these people led churches or ministries, some led people in business, all of them wanting to hear the Lord’s voice better as events in the world started to become more and more volatile.

The people at Oracle Ministries have spent years being trained in various ministries that specialize in hearing the Lord's voice for the benefit of the Body of Christ. Some have learned under well-known prophetic ministries and have reaped impartation and understanding. Some have spent years working in the marketplace while learning to recognize and follow the voice of the Lord in business. All of us have at some point made a lifetime commitment to encourage, train and serve the Body of Christ with the gifts He gave us. Through teaching and training in group settings and workshops, we feel that we will be fulfilling our mandate as equippers and will see the glorious Church rise to its finest hour as the earth prepares for the days ahead.

"...till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." (Eph. 4:13)
